The Advanced Open Water Diver Certification allows to you to dive at a max depth of 30 meters anywhere in the world. Next time you want to go diving, you simply show up, tell them how cool you are with your Advanced certification, and go for a fun dive. Sounds great right?
In the Advanced Open Water Diver Course with Go Bohol Diving, you’ll simply work on improving the skills you learned in the Open Water Diver Course. It comprises of five dives, one from 5 different specialties. Two are mandatory so you’ll learn navigation and deep. This way you’ll know where you are going and what is difference about going deeper.
The other three dives can come from different specialties like night dive, nitrox, computer, photography, fish ID and more.
During the course, you’ll have full contact with your instructor for any questions or problems even if you just want to know how many drinks is too many once you’ve completed the course. The answer is 10? Maybe? (The lawyers have asked us to put a note here stating that we are in no way recommending or pushing drinking after you have completed your course and blah blah blah…..they said some other stuff, but I fell asleep)

Typical Schedule
Over the 2 days of the program, you’ll have a nice combination of dives mixed with small amount of learning that you go over during the briefing. You may start with your navigation dive first where you learn certain patterns and practice compass work underwater.
With the deep dive, you’ll go down to 30m and learn more about the effects of deep diving on our body and air consumption.
Some other dives may include a night dive where you’ll head out to of our shore sights and use your underwater torch to light things up. You may also practice Fish ID where you get to see how good you are at drawing and matching.
The course timeline is totally up to you and your instructor. No final exams or videos to review for this one.
